Welcome to Clearview
Clearview Family Health provides family medicine and urgent care at Main Street Family Medicine and Riverside Urgent Care. Our mission is Care you can count on, close to home. Family medicine supports prevention and ongoing care; urgent care addresses timely, non-life-threatening concerns. Every role contributes to reliable, respectful care.

Our values are Respect, Safety, Teamwork and Ownership. Respect means protecting dignity and listening without judgment. Safety means pausing and speaking up when something seems unsafe. Teamwork means sharing clear handoffs and helping colleagues within your role. Ownership means following through, correcting mistakes and asking for help rather than hiding uncertainty.
Reporting structure: Medical Director → Office Manager → Clinical Lead or Front Desk Lead → staff. Clinical questions go to the Clinical Lead; front-desk workflow questions go to the Front Desk Lead. The Office Manager coordinates staffing and operations; the Medical Director leads medical decisions. Do not provide clinical advice outside your role.
First week: Day 1 orientation, introductions, access setup and a location walk-through. Days 2–3 shadow an experienced colleague. Days 4–5 supervised independent work with a lead available. Confirm your trainer and daily goals, ask questions early, and review progress at the end of each shift.
