Meet the Founder
MicroShift Learning was founded by Demetrious Belser, an educator and learning designer with more than a decade of experience creating engaging learning experiences that help people develop real world skills.
For over 13 years, Demetrious has worked in Career and Technical Education designing curriculum that prepares students for modern careers in technology, business, and entrepreneurship. Through this work, she developed a deep understanding of how people learn best when training is clear, practical, and immediately applicable.
Her experience designing structured learning programs, interactive lessons, and technology driven instruction inspired the creation of MicroShift Learning. The company was built on a simple idea: workplace training should be efficient, engaging, and focused on helping people perform better in their roles.
Today, Demetrious combines her background in education, instructional design, and technology to help organizations transform complex information into focused learning experiences that employees can quickly understand and apply.
